I had an excellent stay here and would like to stay there on the next trip. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its big room and amicable staff. Good location in the middle of jackson was a plus. Had tea and goodies at Two Seasons Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the venue.
Was all great.

a mixed experience overall
The location had potential given its proximity to several attractions. The staff, although minimal, were friendly whenever I interacted with them.

Family with children appreciate this place
The owners were inviting and, I was like I was home. The staff was helpful, always there for anything I needed, even catered to my service dog!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was acceptable for what we got.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment for our stay. The location felt safe and convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment size surprised us. It had enough space to move around comfortably. The kitchen with a large fridge made it easy to prepare meals. WiFi worked well. We also ran into numerous issues. The shower had a persistent leak, causing water to puddle on the bathroom floor. The cleanliness needed attention. The carpet looked quite worn, and we found a few stray hairs in the bathroom. The air conditioning units struggled a bit. It took time to cool the space, and the noise from the nearby street was noticeable, especially at night.

Staying here with my three kids was such a relief! The family-friendly atmosphere made it easy for us to unwind. We even took a short drive to the Superstition Springs Golf Club, a lovely outing. The staff were warm and cute, instantly making us feel at home.
My kids wished the pool was open longer hours for evening swims. Some family accommodations could use better accessibility.
